The matter for determination is whether a petition to open judgment on behalf of defendant should be granted.1 The case arises *10from a personal injury to plaintiff resulting from a fall along a public street in the City of Sharon when she in some manner came in contact with a wood barricade on January 19, 1967. A hearing was held and testimony taken.
