From 1947 úñtil- 1954'-thd-bla:imant-appel-lant, Amos O.- Frisbie, worked for the respondent Sunshine Mining"'- Company as an underground miner. Upon-learning in 1954 that the appellant was suffering from grade three silicosis, the respondent transferred him to surface work as boiler tender and watchman.
