Petitioner, Taylor Communications, Inc., sued Respondents for a purchasing agent’s commission allegedly arising out of the purchase by Respondents of the newspaper properties of the Sun-Light Publishing Company, a partnership enterprise which published the Corsicana [Texas] Daily Sun and Morning Light.
