NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

This appeal concerns an intersectional collision which occurred during rush-hour traffic. When plaintiff brought suit, the defendant counterclaimed, and intervenor, State Farm Mutual Insurance Co., subro-gated in part to defendant’s claim, asserted its rights against the plaintiff.
