Ella M. Kelly and Wyndham, Inc., a Delaware corporation (plaintiffs), are stockholders of United States Steel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (U. S. Steel). They sue derivatively all persons who are now directors of U. S. Steel and/or who were directors in 1957 (defendants).
