[1] The State Board of Education has ordered the suspension of the degree granting privileges of Royalton College, Inc. To obtain review of this action the college, as petitioner, has asked this Court for a writ of

certiorari.

Since there is no regular appellate procedure provided for review of this action of the board, resort to this writ is appropriate.
