Title to certain real property taken in this condemnation proceeding was held by respondents Siegel and Kessler. The land in question was sold at tax sale by the Village of Freeport to Edward Morse, appellants’ predecessor, on January 28, 1964, for unpaid 1963 village taxes of $158.79 plus interest.
