FAHY, Senior Circuit Judge:

It is provided in 35 D.C.Code § 530 (1967), set forth in the margin,

that no director or officer of any insurance

company doing business in the District shall receive any money or valuable thing for negotiating any loan from the company or be pecuniarily interested in any such loan.
