Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Cour-t, entered April 1, 1968 in Albany -County, upon a verdict rendered at a Trial Term, in favor of plaintiff. Plaintiff instituted the present action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she fell from a platform while entering her mother’s apartment.
