Defendant, Carol Garcia, was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to fourteen years imprisonment. Defendant and three other defendants, to-wit, Norma A. Roman, Barbara Ann Stetzler and Margaret Pearl Wolford, were indicted for first degree murder.
