These are appeals by the defendants from the Municipal Court of the Virgin Islands in which defendant Jose Manuel Nieves was found guilty of maintaining a house of prostitution in violation of 14 V.I.C. § 1622(4); defendant Gladys Ramos was found guilty of soliciting in the house of the defendant Nieves for the purpose of prostitution in violation of 14 V.I.C.
