. This is an action under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, in which the plaintiff petitions the Court to confirm and enforce the award of an arbitrator. *53Since there is no material issue of fact, the case will be determined on motions for summary judgment which have been entered by both parties.
