MEREDITH, District Judge.

This matter is pending on motion of the petitioner under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to withdraw his plea of guilty made on January 27, 1967, on the grounds that the plea was the result of coercion and intimidation. He further asks that the Court appoint an attorney in his behalf and an evidentiary hearing be held.
