On may 23,1968, many employees of the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital participated in a “walkout.” Subsequently the hospital discharged Florence Beach, Burnadette Gilmette and Rosa Lee Shorters, defendants herein, from employment, alleging the illegality of their participation in the walkout.
