This is an appeal by the People from an order dismissing a criminal prosecution against 11 defendants.

The record reveals that on March 20, 1969, a grand jury indictment was filed against defendants Don McCoy, Robert McKendrick, Sandra Barton, Cecile Korte, William Candelario, Walter Doyle, Oleg Minakov, Robert Ellison, John D’Amore, Kris Stenz and Dennis Kalfas.
