This is an appeal by Norman S. Strange, Administrator with will attached of the Estate of Dave Rubin, deceased, from a judgment in favor of appellee Jennie Rubin, widow of Dave Rubin. Appellee was compelled to pay a debt for which she and the estate were jointly and severally liable.
