This is an appeal from a district court order and judgment which order and judgment in effect affirmed an order of the Industrial Accident Board, hereinafter called the I.A.B. The-circumstances are somewhat confused or perhaps complicated but to reach the issues presented on this appeal a summary of background is necessary.
