MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

THEIS, District Judge.

Wichita City Teachers Credit Union, one of the creditors of the debtor in the captioned cause, has petitioned this Court for review of an order previously entered by the Honorable Robert B. Morton, Referee in Bankruptcy. The effect of this order was to deny petitioner the status of a secured creditor as more fully’set forth below.
