Appellant, Donald Eugene Young, entered pleas of guilty to charges of attempted rape and burglary, second degree. From the judgment of conviction and sentence he appeals.

The record indicates that two informations filed against appellant were consolidated for trial. In Cause No. 60359, filed November 25, 1969, appellant was charged with burglary, first degree.
