The appellant, Decks, Inc., was a third-party defendant in an action brought by an injured workman against D. J. Velo & Company under the Structural Work Act of Illinois. D. J. Velo & Company filed a third-party action against Decks for indemnity and recovered a verdict and judgment of $98,000.
