This is an appeal from certain rulings made by a justice of the Superior Court during and after a jury trial involving a negligence action. The controversy arose as a result of a head-on automobile collision on Hilltop Road in Cumberland, Rhode Island, on January 3, 1967. The jury returned a verdict for defendant (Turner).
