Appellant was convicted by the trial court sitting without a jury of carrying a dangerous weapon, a “pegged knife,” in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3204; possessing a prohibited weapon, a switchblade knife, in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 22-3214(a); and, driving a motor vehicle without an operator’s license in violation of D.C.Code 1967, § 40-301 (d).
