OPINION

RAMSEY, Chief Justice.

This is a “slip and fall” case brought by the plaintiffs-appellants, Lee Bingham and wife, Lenora Bingham, against the defendant-appellee, The Gibson Products Company, Inc., in the District Court of Ector County, Texas. Defendant-appellee filed a motion for summary judgment which was granted by the trial court, and plaintiffs-appellants bring this appeal.
