This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court finding defendant, appellant herein, guilty of exhibiting obscene films.

Defendant has raised no issue with regard to the determination of the trial court that the films in question

were obscene, and has not included the films with the bill of exceptions.
