The above captioned defendants have filed a motion to dismiss the complaint because of lack of diversity. The plaintiffs filed a pro se complaint on June 3, 1970. Service was attempted upon Four States Enterprises, Inc. on June 3, 1970 at 401 Noble Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
