This is an appeal from an order of the trial court dismissing an eminent domain suit for want of prosecution. The Liberty County Water Control and Improvement District No. Six (hereinafter called The District) is the condemning authority. The Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (hereinafter called The Railroad) is the land owner.
