This is an appeal from a judgment of $13,000 entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Mabel Evans, in a personal injury action which arose out of an automobile accident. Plaintiff’s husband brought a derivative suit and the jury assessed his damage at $2,000.
