OPINION

DAWKINS, Chief Judge.

The basis for this action is a drowning which occurred on Toledo Bend Lake on or about July 18, 1967. The decedent, who could not swim, was one of a group of men who were clearing boat lanes on the lake by use of small boats and power saws.
