Plaintiffs Major Food Products, Inc., Jacob Aronowicz and Samuel Duncan appeal from ah order granting the motion of defendant Nalley’s, Inc.

Nalley’s, to protect itself in the event of a reversal of the new trial order, has appealed from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, which awarded $1,000,000 to Major, $70,000 to Aronowicz and $8,000 to Duncan.
