SIMPSON, Circuit Judge:

Again we deal with the school desegregation problems of Colquitt County, Georgia.

Today we review two plans proposed below to eliminate the dual elementary school system in Colquitt County. After a review of the record and briefs, we vacate the judgment below and direct the district court to adopt the plan proposed by the intervenors, Reid, et al.
