Amoco Production Company (Amoco), formerly Pan American Petroleum Corporation, petitions for a review of the orders entered by the Federal Power Commission under Sections 4 and 5 of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 717c and 717d, denying its petition to intervene in the “1971 Phase” of a rate proceeding.
