RIVES, Circuit Judge:

Bush was charged with unlawfully having in her possession a $58.20 United States Treasury check payable to Mabel Loyacano, knowing that it had been stolen from the mail,

and with forging the endorsement of the payee on the back of said check.

A jury found her guilty on both counts.
