Mission Ridge Estates (Mission) is a limited partnership formed to develop a planned unit of condominiums on parcels of land designated A, B, B-l, B-2, C, D, E-l, E-2 and F. On November 7,1969, Delta Engineering, Inc. (Delta) commenced work for Mission on the engineering aspect thereof. Delta’s services terminated on May 15, 1970.
