GALLAGHER, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from an opinion and order of the trial court, sitting without a jury, in favor of plaintiff Washington Hospital Center, in the amount of $2,325.20 for services rendered to testatrix Margaret Femister, prior to her death. There was no disagreement regarding the basic facts and several documents were presented for consideration.
