Appellants, defendants in the trial court, appeal from the trial court’s order overruling a motion for a new trial to set aside and vacate a judgment against defendants, in favor of appellee, plaintiff in the trial court, in the sum of $75,000.00 with interest at 10% [per annum] from May 6, 1970. The judgment was entered on a jury verdict in that amount.
