Per Curiam.

Judgment debtor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intergeneral Industries, Inc., which was a customer of respondent bank. Intergeneral’s, vice-president, Mac Beagle-man, who was also vice-president of judgment debtor, was known to the bank.
