Petitioner-Appellant appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Sangamon County denying her Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Petitioner is a resident of the City of Springfield, Illinois, and is charged, in Dane County, Wisconsin, with the offense of assisting in the escape of a prisoner who was incarcerated in that State.
