Plaintiff has brought this suit pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 4 and 29 U.S.C. § 185, for an order compelling defendant to submit to an arbitrator a dispute arising under a collective bargaining agreement which binds both parties, a copy of which is attached to the complaint.
