This action arises out of a robbery which occurred at the C. F. Mueller Company (Mueller) plant in Jersey City on February 2, 1967. Plaintiff, Mueller, brings the action against defendant insurance carrier (Maryland) to recover its loss pursuant to the provisions of a policy of insurance issued by defendant.
