Robert Summerlin was convicted by a three-judge panel in the Huron County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, this pursuant to a violation of Ohio Revised Code, § 2905.34: the unlawful sale of an obscene, lewd or lascivious book, knowing said book to be obscene, lewd or lascivious.
