Defendant, Clearview Land Development Co., Inc., has filed preliminary objections to plaintiff, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s amended complaint in equity, which seeks to enjoin further operation of defendant’s garbage and refuse disposal operation covering approximately 40 acres of land in the area between Cobbs and Darby Creeks in Darby Township, Delaware County, Pa.
