This is an appeal from a negative judgment. Appellants, William F. Steck Company, Inc. and Indiana *672Distributing Company of Indianapolis, Inc. delivered certain materials to the site where the Appellees, Horty Springfield and Esther Springfield, were having their new home built by R. C. Krachenfels, a contractor.
