The National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”) has made application under Section 10(e)

of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”) for enforcement of its order dated November 30, 1971, requiring the respondent companies affirmatively to remedy unfair labor practices which a Board Trial Examiner found them to have committed.
