This appeal follows a jury trial and convictions of Abell Holiday, the appellant, on two counts of armed robbery,

one count of kidnapping,

three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon

and one count of carrying a dangerous weapon,

all stemming from the robbery of a grocery store in the District of Columbia.
