Defendant appeals following a jury trial at which he was found guilty of statutory rape. The court sentenced him to 20 years imprisonment.

Defendant raises six points on appeal, four dealing with evidentiary matters, one *266dealing with the conduct of the trial judge, and one dealing with the question of whether a submissible case was made against him.
