Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered July 19, 1972 in Cortland County, which adjudged that the plan of reapportionment contained in Local Law No. 2 for the year 1972 of the County of Cortland is constitutionally valid. The plan divides Cortland County into 19 legislative districts.
