This action is brought by Jerome and Dorothy Seligson, former owners of a franchise, against The Plum Tree, Inc., their former franchisor, alleging violations of § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, as well as pendent claims based on fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of warranties.
