This is a civil action for monetary and injunctive relief. Plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis. In his complaint plaintiff alleges that defendant revoked his driver’s license without affording him constitutionally required procedural safeguards. Both parties have moved for summary judgment.
