This is an action brought by plaintiff pursuant to Section 405(g) of Title 42, United States Code, to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (hereinafter the Secretary), which terminated his period of disability and disability insurance benefits, awarded by the Secretary, as of April 18, 1970.
