MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LARKINS, District Judge:

This is an action to enjoin the defendants from violating the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Specifically, the defendants are charged under Sections 15(a)(2) and 15(a)(5) of the Act for violating minimum wage and overtime payments to employees.
